The Republican Party of Doña Ana County are heartbroken by the news that a New Mexico State Police officer (Darian Jarott) was killed in the line of duty. Our thoughts and prayers are extended to his family and fellow officers. Our law enforcement officers unselfishly put their lives on the line everyday. They are often unsung heroes, and we must stand by them at all times. This violence is a tragedy. We also are praying for the speedy recovery for the second officer injured in todays shooting.
