Jay Block, Republican Candidate for New Mexico Governor, is coming to Doña Ana County to meet with our residents. All are invited to stop by and speak with him.

Jay is a retired member of the U.S. Air Force who served in Afghanistan and now serves in private industry as a nuclear weapons consultant. He has been a county commissioner in Sandoval County since 2016. Within the first 30 days of being elected governor, Jay vows to:

• Ban vaccine passports and forced vaccines from all public institutions in New Mexico
• Waive all COVID fines
• Ban Critical Race Theory in all public institutions in New Mexico
• Deploy the National Guard to the border and create a new law enforcement agency, the New Mexico Border Security Agency

He also promises to:

• Stop taxing our seniors’ social security and our veterans’ pensions
• Enact Voter ID
• Enact school choice and vouchers, giving parents more options
• Never sign any budget that has taxpayer money funding abortions
• Never shut down your business, school, or church
