PURPOSE

Elect Voting Delegates from each ward to the Dona Ana County Pre-Primary Convention.

AND

Dona Ana County Central Committee Meeting, and

Dona Ana County Pre-Primary Convention,

TO BE HELD

January 15, 2022, Saturday

Doors open - 7:45 AM   

CCC Meeting 8:00 AM

Pre-Primary Convention Immediately Following

FOR THE PURPOSE

Elect sixty (60) State Delegates with the following breakdown

Ward 33: 9   Delegates

Ward 34: 6   Delegates

Ward 35: 7   Delegates

Ward 36: 9   Delegates

Ward 37: 13 Delegates

Ward 39: 6   Delegates

Ward 52: 6   Delegates

Ward 53: 4   Delegates 

The sixty (60) elected Delegates will serve as the Dona Ana County Pre-Primary Delegate Contingent to the Republican State Pre-Primary Convention on February 26, 2022.

All individuals desiring to become a state Pre-Primary Delegate from Dona Ana County are required to submit a self-nomination form and be prepared to register for the State Pre-Primary Convention through this link:

This self-nomination form, whether emailed to [email protected], mailed or hand delivered to the headquarters at 2801 Missouri Ave, Suite 4, Las Cruces, NM, 88011 must be received by the Republican Party of Dona Ana County no later than 5 PM, January 5, 2022.  Delegate nominations will not be accepted from the floor. (See Special Rules.)
